Luxury Suites Amsterdam

The service at the hotel was second to none, even before we landed we had the best pre-arrival concierge service which encompassed anything from gifts, experiences, and VIP transport to/from the hotel - it was 'Amex Centurion' level of customer service. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a dedicated luggage porter, champagne and chocolates and we were given an exceptional suite overlooking Amsterdam's famous canals with views of Zuiderkerk, the famous 1600's church once painted by Monet. During our stay the concierge service continued to amaze with room upgrades to the most premium suite (well worth it) and dining reccomendations and bookings at exclusive venues which are often booked up weeks in advance. If your looking for a special get away and want to have service that superceads The Grand or Waldorf Astoria, then I'd highly reccomend this boutique hotel that has so much to offer.

The personel was any time eager to make your stay as comfortable as they could. In addition to the previous point they were extremly friendly and helpful. All of them proved to be extremly flexible as we had to change our schedule for a few times. Even the maids and bartenders worked professional to give us a luxurios feel. The Hotel itself represents high quality and Luxury. You can see it perfectly at the offerings of canal cruises and massages. My fiancé and i could spend some really good couple time. The Hotel is near to the center of Amsterdam, which makes it easy to reach everything the town has to offer. Still the Hotel is far enough to get away from the stressful Center and it offers a quite place to rest the exhausted legs. The food was extraordinary, we always looked forward to the well prepared breakfast, which included a diversified mix out of anything you would think of. The Airport shuttle was also a really friendly, helpful and flexible. He was the best choice for a comfortable and relaxing way to get from and to the airport. Also we were driven in really sporty and high class limousines

Beautiful room with charming view and excellent amenities. Everything was thought of, including a welcome fruit bowl with amazing variety. The staff was amazing, very thoughtful and extremely helpful. The breakfast had multiple varied options, was freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. There wasn’t a single thing that could have been improved on. We will definitely be back.

everything from the moment you arrive with a warm friendly hello from the staff and a complementary drink to the moment you walk into your room wow just wow amazing staff amazing hotel, also the breakfast is outstanding which you can also have brought to your room and the location well is in the centre and on the bank of the canal the whole holiday was brilliant thank you and we will be booking again 😁
